Her background as both a physical therapist and registered nurse allows her to approach care with a well-rounded perspective. She has been actively involved in the New York Physical Therapy Association, contributing in leadership roles including treasurer and district director. In addition to her clinical work, Joy has served as an adjunct lecturer at several respected institutions, sharing her knowledge with future clinicians.
